He will tell you all the good and bad sides of the houses and it will be up to you to make the final decision in the process. He has a team of wonderful people working with him and the support you receive is outstanding. Tim is amazing in what he does, and has a passion for his job. When you sell your house he will help you with every single step of the process and will EDUCATE you about the process of selling a house with great price. And when you want to buy a house he will tell you about all the great neighbourhoods and schools of the city. I never felt being pushed by him to buy a house. He definitely is the Realtor that you want by your side when you have a house to sell or want to buy one.</p>
