Terry spent all the time I needed to help me find the house for me. I was a little unsure of my needs and he spent the time and effort to get me to what I needed for my purchase.

Terry helped me look for my first home to purchase from May 2020 - September 2021, and helped with some closing parts in October 2021. A friend recommended Terry to me, and I'm glad he did. Terry was very friendly, outgoing, and made himself approachable, making me feel like he was looking after my best interests, and that I could trust him and communicate any questions or concerns to him. He was patient with my many questions, reassuring when needed, and was up to the task of searching in particular areas for a house with some specific requirements in a limited market. It took a while, but we finally found the best house for me. Also, as his licence plate says, he was never late to showings! Terry showed me a variety of homes at different price ranges to give me a good idea of what I’d get for my money. He would point out not only the positives (if any), but also the negatives of a house; listed off any potential upcoming charges after purchasing and additional cost (i.e. HWT/furnace replacement, electrical work, foundation repair, etc), or things I would want to avoid with purchasing a home (broken foundations, saggy roofs, etc). He was very realistic and honest about each property we looked at, which I greatly appreciated. On possession day, when we found out that the vendor left only one single key to the house, which opened only one specific door, and no garage remote openers, Terry went above and beyond to remedy that; taking it upon himself to pay for the locks to be rekeyed, and gifted me a universal garage remote opener. One less thing for me to worry about! Thank-you Terry! His partner also prepared and surprised me with a thoughtful house warming giftbox. I would definitely recommend Terry to anyone looking to buy a home, especially first-time buyers. Terry will help you feel confident and at ease about your purchase, and help you navigate the real estate market.

Absolutely pleasant, fun person easy to deal with. Terry is always on time, never late on our meetings. He always find ways to accommodate our requests. Absolute supportive of our decisions.
