We were away when we decided to sell our home middle of December after another interest increase and a slowing down in the marker. Flew home - one call to Terry and he arrived with massive amounts of information. Within 2 hours all was prepared for sale. We flew back to complete our vacation and left everything to Terry and his team. Within 5 days of showings we accepted an offer $30K over asking plus the date of possession we wanted. Absolutely amazing - what a simple stress-free process while we were out of the country.
