What made Terry stand out during the sale of our existing home and purchase of our new home was his full service and his knowledge of the residential market. His outgoing personality and good humour made every visit with him fun and enjoyable. He is incredibly hard-working and I'll be recommending him to everyone I know selling or buying their home. It's no surprise that he's a top realtor in Manitoba and Canada.

Terry had the knowledge and expertise to properly position my property and worked tirelessly to select and build the right audience to view my house. He marketed it in all the right ways - including hiring a professional to take spectacular photos & video - and kept consistent communications with me. The times were tough - storms & a pandemic - but he showed amazing flexibility, true diligence and never failed to generate interest! He has conscious and a professional attitude. He’ll always answer your calls and texts and I now know why he came so incredibly highly recommended by neighbours and friends. We have used Terry on a couple occasions, first upon buying a home in Wpg and 2 yrs later, for the sale of our home . He is always professional and very informative. We have moved on several occasions and understood the process, although Terry was a big help in terms to his local knowledge and advice . As well as to some observations at the home we viewed that we might have otherwise missed. He delivered on promises and was always on time & emails/calls returned in a timely manner. Terry is quite personable and I would recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Wpg area.
