<p>Best we have ever seen. We are seniors who have both purchased and sold many homes both in US and Canada. Terry is in a class all by herself. She came to us on a suggestion by a contractor friend who had very good results with the sale of his homes. She was not the first agent we had interviewed.</p> <p>Terry began by educating us on what had to be done to sell our home at the highest possible price. Her research was thorough and accurate. At our first meeting she knew everything about the history and details of the homes in our strata.</p> <p>She was maticulus on details of how to prepare the home for showing and how to stage it. She prepared us for sales price reality compared to what we were expecting to sell it for.</p> <p>She sold the home twice. The first purchaser's contract fell through, through no fault of Terry or us but she never wavered. She immediately went to work and resold the home for cash at almost exactly our selling price and both we and the buyer were happy with the transaction.</p> <p>Terry conducted herself professionally in every way and always treated us with personal consideration and respect.
