<p>Terry made my experience of looking for a new home very relaxing and worry free. She took the time to listen to what my needs were and directed me to the homes that were suitable for me. She explained the different neighborhood, the advantages and disadvantage of each. I am moving from out of province, she always made time for me when I was in Kelowna and we viewed as many properties as possible in the time I had available. She guided me through the whole process of purchasing my new home and alleviated any fears or worries that I had. I am very pleased withwith the results and look forward to moving into my new home.</p>

<p>We were very happy with the work Terry did selling our home. She is hard working, honest, and very professional. Did a great job keeping us informed on showings "and there were many!" and feed back, with results of those showings. We would highly recommend Terry, and will definitely use Terry in the future!</p>

<p>We tried a different real-estate agent at first for the summer time when we thought our home would sell for sure. The other agent had few showings, took his own photo's and returned hardly any feedback after the showings. After 4 months of poor results we interviewed a few other realtors and decided on Terry. She was very hard working and professional in her approach. Terry suggested a few things for our listing. A change in paint colors, move some furniture around. Terry even brought in some of her own furniture for staging the house for showings. Terry also brought in a professional photographer for the pictures. The pictures were amazing! Made us want to buy our own home. With in a month we had about 20 showings, Tons of feedback from the other realtors clients which she passed on to us, and finally an offer we could refuse in November. We would defiantly recommend Terry Compton as a real-estate agent. We will use her for sure on our next sale or purchase.</p>

<p>While shopping for a condo I saw a unit that looked appealing to me and Terry was the agent shown on the "For Sale" sign so I called her and made and appointment to see this unit. I hadn't met her before this and was very happy with the whole experience. After showing me the condo and determining what criteria was important to me she went to work and compiled a list of comparable condos and then took me on a tour to view these units. By the end of the tour I had a good sense of what was out there and what was most important to me which helped me make a good decision and choose the place that was right for me. From there she smoothly guided me through the negotiation process and was there to help every step of the way until the deal closed. She was very professional through the whole process, very pleasant to deal with and promptly answered any questions I had. She made it very easy for me to find the right place. I felt fortunate to have found her and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!</p>

<p>Terry was outstanding!!! Although 'nearly missing' our initial appointment she won us over almost immediately at our first meeting. Her realtor professionalism, knowledge and a 'lets get at it' attitude is incredible. Our experience with Terry was the best we've had compared with any other realtors. Just a great agent.</p>
