Terry Compton was referred to me and I would without hesitation refer her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. With Terry's help, I purchased a condo in Kelowna shortly after moving to the area. I had very little knowledge of the city or of the process involved with buying my first home. Terry found exactly what I was looking for and was able to negotiate an amazing price. Two years later and on to my next adventure, Terry has helped me sell at asking price with a very quick closing. Terry deserves the highest of praise for all of the hard work she does finding her clients homes that are right for them. She listened to my needs and gave her honest opinions of every place we looked at in a respectful way. She always has a smile on her face and she is beaming with positivity which is absolutely contagious despite buying or selling your home sometimes being a stressful experience. Her professionalism, attentiveness and extensive knowledge of the area and of the local market make her an incredible asset during the buying or selling process. I am beyond excited to get to work with Terry again in the search for my next new dream home.
