<p>Terry and team have been absolutely outstanding all the way through this journey. Terry had an amazing eye for touches that took our home to a different level. When she suggested doing a tiled back splash in our newly renovated kitchen we weren't sure but man what an amazing difference. It took the kitchen to a new level. When things got stressful she was very supportive. We interviewed several realtors but Terry was the one who without us signing anything was prepared to give us tons of useful information. We highly recommend Terry and team as we leave our recently sold home behind us and head for new adventures</p>

<p>I highly recommend Terry Compton as a realtor. My house had been listed numerous times recently and had not sold so It was rented as I was living away from Kelowna. When my tenants indicated, they wanted out of the lease after only 6 months I decided to try and sell again. A friend strongly recommended that I call Terry before I committed to the previous realtor who had not sold my home. I met her and was impressed by her suggestions to improve the First impressions that potential buyers have when they view the house. Refreshing the bark mulch made a considerable difference in curb appeal. I was also impressed by the lower mainland advertising that she does. Therefore, I listed with her. Within weeks I had an offer and Terry skillfully negotiated back and forth with the other side. I ended up with more than my bottom line price and I attribute that to Terry. I am 100 % certain that I received more for my house because I had her on my side ! The deal had numerous complications through the subject removal phase but Terry's calm manner and reassurances each time lowered the considerable stress I was feeling. The complications continued through to the very end of the sale and she supported me through it all. She responded promptly to my calls, texts and emails through the entire process. She is an awesome realtor and a lovely person as well.</p>
