Terry made the process very easy. This was my first time buying a used home and I appreciate Terry's knowledge and direction on the different steps required to have a successful transaction. Terry went above and beyond in helping me to feel confident in moving to a new town by telling me about the town and what kind of employment and recreational activities are available here. He made this town a home before I even moved here. Terry was also very knowledgeable about each property he showed me and pointed out problem areas with a property that I would want to consider. Overall, I felt that I could put trust in Terry so that I could make the best decision for me and my family.
