On a personal note, my family and I live in the County of Stettler, and I have been here most of my life. Having grown up on a farm north of town, I have an outstanding working knowledge of the area and the people that reside here. At the young age of nineteen, I started a career in custom baling, which I owned and operated for 10 years. More recently, I was an independent contractor to Canwest Propane, where I provided exceptional service for my residential, farm, and oilfield customers. I have always held firm the belief in the principle, “No matter what you do or sell, the only thing you truly have to sell is service.”

I am on the board of directors for the Stettler Regional Board of Trade & Community Development, a member of the Stettler Health Services Foundation, and a member of the Stettler Kinsmen Club. I enjoy coaching the Stettler Junior Badminton Club and helping out with school sports. My wife Kristine and I have 2 children--Jake is 18 and Laia is 16.
