Working with Terry was great. He took care of many little details and even though we had already moved out of the province we felt safe leaving our house in his hands until it sold.

We had 2 previous real estate agents from different agencies, try and sell our house but when Terry sold our daughters home in 3 weeks, we decided to see if he could sell ours. He came out to evaluate our home and gave us a few tips on some things we could do to make it more appealing. We followed his advice and the house sold in about a month! We were absolutely amazed. But you could see the difference in how Terry handled selling the house as compated to the previous 2 realtors. He took amazing pictures, he took drone pictures, 3D pictures and an awesome description of our home. He treated the sale of our house, which was less than $150,000, as if he was selling a million dollar home. He was honest and straightforward and we sincerely appreciate his hard work!
