Teresa deserves more than 5 stars. In a word, she is outstanding! She was there for my wife and I every step of the way! With housing markets being turbulent right now (2022), we had many concerns when looking for our dream home. We are cautious people and Teresa not only supported our needs but encouraged them and did not compromise despite the market indicating that we should. Teresa answered our questions, gave realistic expectations so that we could move forward with confidence. She made us feel confident without any pressure and with her help, this experience was pleasurable considering all chaos. Everything was explained in a way we could understand. She had an extensive network to help us out so that when we found the right house we were able to move on it quickly. She accommodated our unique schedules (both my wife and I are shift workers). Quite simply, without her efforts we would not have gotten our dream home and would have had so much more stress. In all things, we felt like we were taken care of. In my opinion, she gave us what only a true expert and professional can do, peace of mind and confidence! I fancy myself a writer, but my words cannot express how well Teresa worked for. We simply feel blessed to have someone so fantastic in our corner through this whole experience! I can say without a doubt, we would not be in our dream home in the way we are without Teresa's expertise and help.
