He is always professional and shows up when he says he will. He has sold 2 properties for me and does the due diligence required to get them listed so they will sell. He puts great effort into the listings themselves to make sure they stand out in the sea of other listings. Both properties were sold in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Calvin in either a purchase or a sale.</p>

As first time home buyers, it was reassuring that not only was our realtor a complete professional but that he was able to easily teach us some things to pay attention to, while not overwhelming us through the whole process. Calvin was always available when we needed him and even made sure to reach out to us while he was on vacation. We can’t say enough great things about him. Not just being resistant to selling because of the terrible market we are seeing right now as a seller, but also because of the emotional attachment to the property. I wanted some perspective on possibly selling so I was advised to contact Calvin, he met me at the property and reviewed a simple strategy that made sense and fit within the parameters of what we were looking for. The confidence from the meeting propelled us forward and listed with Calvin, his strategy worked like a charm, we had numerous visits at the property from prospective buyers and resulted in the property being SOLD within 22 Days of being listed. Things couldn’t be better, not only did we sell within a 1/3rd of the time of other condos, we got a GREAT PRICE Calvin is as good on the purchasing side, as he is on the selling, we are in good hands.
