<p>Tania and Tina are great real estate agents and I would (and have) recommended them to many of my friends. You get the benefit of two agents who each bring their own skills to help you. We were looking for a house for a very long time and they remained patient for throughout, I never felt any pressure to buy a house I wasn't fully committed too. Once we did decide to buy they presented a very realistic and accurate picture of what the next steps of the process would look like. They provided help and recommendations throughout and do strive to make a stressful as easy as possible. I love the annual reviews they do.</p>

Under the circumstances that I was going through divorce Tania King was patient and understanding. As a senior she guided me through the process with kindness and the steps that had to be taken. 10 years later she is still here for me with yearly updates on the current market. She also answers any questions I may have promptly. I will go to her when selling my current property.

They explained us everything in detail about what we should know before buying house. It was first experience for my wife and me to buy house, and I knew nothing about house. But at the end, when we bought house, we had and shared lots of knowledge altogether. And definitely it helps our decision. We were with them for 2 years, but they had not pushed to us, were waiting for us, respected our decision one time which could possibly be very hard to understand for them. They are still checking our house from time to time. My family feels very good at my house. I am satisfied with working with them. I will recommend them to others, if any.

As a first time homeowner if you are looking for a real estate agent these are the ladies you need to get hold of. They have been on top of the game right from finding us the best neighbourhood to negotiating with the builder, guiding us about the Purchase and sale agreement, upgrades in the house, and the list goes on. These ladies have gone out of their way to come with us after work hours to sign the purchase of our new home. I cannot miss mentioning how quick they are is responding to questions or concerns if any. What a relief it was when we moved into our new home to know we have someone we could trust and take a step forward in life. We have and will continue to refer them to our family and friends who are looking to buy or sell their homes.

Tina and Tania were fantastic to deal with and made the buying process seamless! They were very knowledgeable, respectable and friendly to work with. They took our concerns, ideas, and housing desires into account and were very helpful as we were first time home buyers.
