When I bought my first place with Tania, I really had no clue what I was doing. Tania was extremely friendly, understanding, and professional. She made sure I was comfortable in any situation. I am tremendously happy that I had Tania as my realtor as she found the perfect condo for me. She was very patient and understanding throughout the whole process as we saw A LOT of places. She truly cares for her clients and I could not have asked for a better realtor! We bought our second place with Tania and Tina. This was also a wonderful experience and we absolutely love our place. They still keep in touch throughout the years and provide us with updates our our properties. They truly go above and beyond and couldn't be happier with choosing them as realtors.

As first time home buyers, we had NO idea what we wanted, or how to go about doing it. "Mortgage" was hardly in our vocabulary and the only things we knew to look out for came from HGTV. We were so lucky that we found Tania and Tina who walked us through every single stage with NO pressure and honestly made it so fun and easy to go house shopping. Not only that, but these wonderful people still remember us and keep in touch on birthdays and house anniversaries. How amazing is that?! We met Tania a few years ago when she helped us buy our first condo and were so happy with her service that we enlisted her help again when it came time for us to start seriously thinking of buying a bigger place. She helped us make the hard decision of holding on to our condo because it wouldn't have benefited us to sell at that time. Tania was helping us at the cost of her commissions and we thank her for that. During our house hunt Tania thoroughly pointed out what to watch out for while remaining objective, ultimately allowing us to make the decisions while benefiting from her expert guidance. She was very patient with us and truly helped us assess our needs in a home. We ended up finding our perfect house and have been successfully renting our condo since then. Tania also referred many good professionals from a home inspector to our mortgage broker and we now refer Tania to everyone we know.
