I was very fortunate to have had Tania and Tina guide and assist me in the purchase of my townhome in 2015. They were with me every step of the way with the building of the townhouse; answering all of my questions, always keeping me aware and updated on what was happening. The purchasing of my first townhome on my own was an extremely overwhelming process for me made so much easier by these two wonderful ladies. Since that time, they continue to keep me informed as to what is happening in my community and surrounding areas as well as celebrate with me another year of being a homeowner! Very professional, very personable, very aware. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering or in the midst of buying or selling their home.

Tania and Tina form the perfect real estate team. Their knowledge of the market is impressive and they aren't afraid to bring their point of view so that you can make an informed decision. From beginning to end you know you are in great hands. We would strongly recommend them.

As a first time home buyer that was new to Calgary, I had a lot of questions and didn't know much about the market. Tina and Tania took the time to make sure I had the information I needed to make the best possible decision. When looking at houses, they highlighted the positives as well as constructive criticisms about each home. When I finally found my house, they were timely and thorough with their negotiating. Since purchasing, they have been in regular contact sending cards, well wishes, annual home investment reviews and still answering my questions! With Tina and Tanya there is a real relationship. It has been an absolute pleasure working with them!

My wife and I have used Tania and Tina to 3 properties. All sold quickly because they had an effective marketing plan and worked that plan to a successful conclusion. They always showed (every day of the listing) that they were working for us and with us to sell our home. I can't recommend them enough especially when it seems so many realtors want your listing and aren't willing to work after the fact to sell your home.
