I was very fortunate to have had Tania and Tina guide and assist me in the purchase of my townhome in 2015. They were with me every step of the way with the building of the townhouse; answering all of my questions, always keeping me aware and updated on what was happening. When looking at houses, they highlighted the positives as well as constructive criticisms about each home. When I finally found my house, they were timely and thorough with their negotiating. Since purchasing, they have been in regular contact sending cards, well wishes, annual home investment reviews and still answering my questions! With Tina and Tanya there is a real relationship.
