My mother was moving from Montreal to Vancouver and my sister and I live in BC, As a result, Soriah had two opinionated protective sisters and a strong-willed mother to deal with! She did so with ultimate grace, warmth, and professionalism.</p> <p>With Mum only in Vancouver for short visits, Soriah maximized our time efficiency. She quickly and accurately assessed Mum's wishes and showed us a range of property alternatives that helped to quickly get an overview of options In different parts of the city.</p> <p>In the end, Mum purchased a penthouse condo in the west end and Soriah went above and beyond to help us write a timely offer (there was a competing offer and an unexpected medical complication that Soriah handled beautifully).</p> <p>Soriah was always available and prepared to answer our questions, and we felt safe and fully informed in her capable hands. She is extremely bright and knowledgeable about real estate in Vancouver. She is also a warm, thoughtful and truly kind person, We quickly felt a bond with her and hope to have her over for wine when my Mum is settled in her new home!</p>
