Soriah was outstanding in every way! She went above and beyond. She was always available via text, email, and phone and replied very promptly. She ensured that both the sale of my place and the purchase of my new place were seamless in all aspects. She timed the two transactions perfectly so I was able to stay in my current place until possession of the new place while not requiring any additional bridge financing. She was extremely knowledgable and addressed all of my questions and concerns. She provided insight on properties that I would not have considered and kept my priorities in a new home in focus at all times. As a first time home buyer, there wasn't a lot I knew about the buying process. Fortunately, Soriah and/or Yuliya were there with me every step of the way - from the initial briefing, to sifting through our options, making multiple offers, and in closing. Buying a privately held leasehold property is a long and confusing process, but they were able to use their market experience and local knowledge to simplify things as much as possible - and we were able to purchase under the asking price!
