<p>Wow! The process of selling and buying in greater Vancouver happens FAST! Being a first time seller and buyer( the first time was a pre-sale so it doesn't really count as buying experience )<br /> was intense. I needed a lot of hand holding ! Soriah was there every step of the way! She explained the cost of selling and buying so there was no surprises and she was on top of every listing she sent to us. With her stellar marketing skills she was able to sell my place in Port Moody within a week! If I asked a question about a listing she could answer it or she found out and got back to me pronto. I was roller coaster of emotions and she was my grounding rock!<br /> Her negotiation skills are impressive too! She asked questions I would never have thought to ask! it made me feel safe and well taken care of! I will continue to refer Soriah to anyone selling or buying!</p>
