Socrates is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was always available for all my questions. I was new to Toronto and he took the time to familiarize me with the different neighbourhoods and properties available so that I was prepared and felt comfortable when it came time to making an offer. He went beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend him.

We can’t even begin to say how amazing Socrates is! My wife and I were first time homebuyers and were very nervous before beginning our home search, thinking we’d have to sacrifice comfort just to “get in the market”.
