We worked with Socrates years ago when buying our house in a crazy sellers market so we called on him recently for the sale of our condo in a buyers market. Socrates was amazing in the sale of our condo. We were traveling when it was going to market, so he and his team handled everything, from the time we got keys from the tenant including patching up drywall marks, paint and cleaning to staging and pictures. Everything went incredibly smooth and he made it beyond easy being able to trust his eye for design and strategic thinking in staging for the right demographic. It sold for above market price in a tough market for condos, while other condos in the area continued to sit in a stale market. We highly recommend Socrates and he’s the first person we call when we want an honest opinion and the best outcome.

Socrates was a great agent. Very patient during the 6 month search for a place that suited my needs.
