Full service 10/10 experience. Incredibly knowledgable and honest. Super pantient helping us find our dream home and any time there would be friction, it's removed. Socrates was a literal life-saver. Not only a phenomenal real estate agent, he's a home decor enthusiast, East End wunderkind and agony aunt all at once. We would never have made it to the finish line without him. Even after our deal was closed though, Soc continues to show an interest in how our home is going with renovations etc and provides support in any way he can -- it's service provided with genuine empathy that you just won't get elsewhere. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.

If we could rate Socrates higher than 5 stars we definitely would. I couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable yet caring agent who really put our needs first.
