Working with realtors in various countries, including here in Canada, I’ve seen quite a range. But I have to say, our experience with Socrates, Claire, and everyone at LivingToronto was in a league of its own. They really impressed us with the way they handled everything. They tuned into exactly what we needed, skillfully managed all our requests, and even welcomed us into our new home with a heartwarming gift. Socrates was a literal life-saver. Not only a phenomenal real estate agent, he's a home decor enthusiast, East End wunderkind and agony aunt all at once. We would never have made it to the finish line without him. Even after our deal was closed though, Soc continues to show an interest in how our home is going with renovations etc and provides support in any way he can -- it's service provided with genuine empathy that you just won't get elsewhere. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.

If we could rate Socrates higher than 5 stars we definitely would. I couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable yet caring agent who really put our needs first. Socrates went well out of his way to make us comfortable with the market at the pace that worked for us. I highly recommend Socrates services and would happily use him again.

Socrates is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was always available for all my questions. I was new to Toronto and he took the time to familiarize me with the different neighbourhoods and properties available so that I was prepared and felt comfortable when it came time to making an offer. He went beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend him.

Having to sell my late parents home my plan was to speak to three agents before I listed. My first appointment was with Socrates and I looked no further. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and how genuine he was. He helped my sister and I donate items and get the house ready for sale as he was part of our family.
