Simon was a complete pleasure to work with while we purchased our Calgary home. He was extremely client focused, patient, and knowledgeable. He has detailed questions to make sure our needs are met and was very forthcoming with information that would help make the purchase process smooth and hassle-free. He showed us many homes within the price range we were looking and helped us negotiate a fair deal. His knowledge of the residential rental market was an added bonus that increased his ability to truly understand the value of the homes we looked at. Simon is a talented and charismatic realtor. He was thoughtful of our price range and not afraid to tell us if there were areas of a house that were a concern or not. His communication with us, and for us with other parties, was eloquent and professional. Simon helped us negotiate a price that we couldnt achieve by ourselves. He was punctual and able to answer our questions anytime. I highly recommend Simon's services for any buyer looking purchase a home or a seller looking to sell their property.

When I consider these categories, I cannot choose anything less than a five out of five in each area to represent the excellence that Simon demonstrated throughout our time working with him. As first-time home buyers, my husband and I benefited greatly from Simon's experience working in Calgary for many years, his knowledge of the areas in which we looked at buying, his explanations of market trends, as well as helping us understand the true value of the homes we looked at. Simon walked us through each step with both kindness and professionalism, and proved to be an excellent guide when it came time to negotiate the purchase of our home. After viewing several houses (~10), Simon introduced us to what would become our home, which was not on our radar as it did not fit within the search criteria we had set for ourselves; however, his suggestion ultimately proved to be an incredible fit for us based on the location, affordability month-to-month, and condition of the home. Simon was flexible working with our difficult schedules, he was very quick to prepare any documents we needed to sign, and was very prompt in answering any questions we had. Simon was recommended to me through a work colleague who was a first time buyer like myself. Even though I was very new to real estate Simon took the time to understand what I valued and what I was looking for. Simon met with me for over two hours prior to us beginning our house search and went through what our search would like like. When speaking with Simon, you can tell that he is quickly begging to think of potential ideas for homes with you and is very detailed in his notes. Having worked in Real Estate for over twenty years, Simon has an understanding of the city and what his clients are looking for. As we began our search, Simon showed me several different types of houses in various price ranges, and I appreciated the fact that he wanted to make as many comparisons at various prices to see where value could be found. Simon is always sincere and honest in his comments on properties and provided his thoughts many aspects. These included the layout of a room, how space could be utilized and weather there might be potential problems. With the real estate market moving very quickly at the time of my purchase, Simon made sure that we were ready to make an offer as soon the right property came up and made several recommendations during the purchasing process. Simon also worked with my mortgage broker who commented to me that he thought Simon was an excellent real estate agent. I would absolutely recommend Simon to those looking to buy or sell and my family members will be using him in the future.

Being first-time home buyers, we didn’t know a whole lot. Simon helped us with any questions we had, his experience in the field led us to meet other connections of his along the way, and the entire experience was excellent. He was respectful and diligent in regards to my safety protocol needs during the pandemic, this was extremely important due to working with senior citizens. The market was fast, but we put our trust in Simon and the team and we were not let down.

My first home... Simon helped and gave many recommendations which helped with this process. I would recommend him :) I was confused about a couple things and Simon was able to direct me in the right direction.
