Shenita had a lot of knowledge and answered all our questions (and we had lots - first time buying a single family home). Had a lot of patience with us as we knew what we wanted and were a bit picky (lots of choices on the marker). Really professional and always on the ball! She did an amazing job overall however she impressed us even more with the negotiation. :) We highly recommend her! Amazing job!

Selling our home was a very emotional, stressful time. Shenita was caring, respectful, and patient...absolutely amazing! She went over and above her obligations as a realtor to make the sale of our house less stressful and was always available to answer any questions. Shenita treated our family as if we were her own and I would highly reccomend her to anyone!!

Shenita really made an effort to help us find a home that WE would be happy with, she was careful to always ask what we thought/liked/disliked and not interject too much of her own opinion into the process. Sometimes, I wished she would give us a little more of her opinion on neighborhoods, but she was always very objective. I was always impressed by Shenita's communication, she is prompt and courteous responding to our questions we had in the evenings and on weekends. Also, I was pleasantly surprised, when we finally found the right new home for us, mild-mannered Shenita became cold steel in negotiating our deal. My wife and I were happy to settle for a price and Shenita convinced us to shoot even lower and got it down another few thousand dollars. Overall, I am very impressed with Shenita and would not hesitate to recommend her to our friends.
