Sheldon knows his business. He understood the current market, did his homework and provided us a wealth of information on comparatives and what our house would sell at. Ultimately he came in above other realtors we had reached out to and he was correct and we received 99% of the list price. In addition, Sheldon was attentive to our needs with having a young one at home and made sure to restrict when the showings would happen. Also with the quick requirement to sell our home, Sheldon had all the documents and pictures done in less than a week and showings lined up.
