We had a great experience working with Sheldon. We had to list our house while he was out of town but you wouldn’t even know it. He had everything organized and ready to go so quickly and effortlessly. Our house ended up selling in a day and for more than we expected to get. Would highly recommend! He was fantastic to work with and his expertise is unparalleled.

Sheldon knows his stuff...on first meeting he came prepared with properties in our area....prices asked...differences in properties ....he was actually involved in our purchase of our property 12 years ago ...so I turned to him when it was time for me to move on and sell the same property !

We have been associated with Sheldon and Jordan for three transactions over the past nine years. We keep coming back due to the results they get for us but as well for the ease of working with them. Our last transaction which was a sale of our house went exceedingly well, it was up against a number of properties in our neighbourhood and their attention to the market was a big part of the success we had in selling.
