Couldn’t have asked for a better relator for buying my first home. Him and Nathon were unbelievable with the work they put in. They also had people for anything else related to my purchase.

Not only did I find Sheldon personable & trustworthy, I found that he was very organized & had researched my property when he came to see me. He also knew about the present state of the real estate market & the best approach to take in a quickly changing market. He was very helpful & told me what to do to get the house ready to sell. He also came over & helped me & my son move stuff. He kept me appraised of what was going on by phone or by email & would answer questions. His years of experience were a definite asset in letting me know what to expect, how long it would take to sell my house & in being able to price it correctly. Sheldon is really great. He has decades of experience with real estate but also with the housing market in Calgary. He's seen its highs and lows so I trusted his expertise on what would be a good home to buy - especially for us who were first time home buyers. We're looking to stay in our house for 3-5 years and Sheldon definitely took that into account. He advised us on good areas for our price range and making sure the house had standard amenities that made it easier to sell. For example - Was there a garage? If not then there must be an alley so the next home buyer can put in a garage. He helped my mum and other family and friends sell their houses so I knew he was good at what he does. I'll definitely contact him again in a few years time to sell our house right now and move into another. Thanks Sheldon!
