Sheldon is really great. He has decades of experience with real estate but also with the housing market in Calgary. He's seen its highs and lows so I trusted his expertise on what would be a good home to buy - especially for us who were first time home buyers. We're looking to stay in our house for 3-5 years and Sheldon definitely took that into account. He advised us on good areas for our price range and making sure the house had standard amenities that made it easier to sell. For example - Was there a garage? If not then there must be an alley so the next home buyer can put in a garage. He helped my mum and other family and friends sell their houses so I knew he was good at what he does. I'll definitely contact him again in a few years time to sell our house right now and move into another. Thanks Sheldon!
