He also knew about the present state of the real estate market & the best approach to take in a quickly changing market. He was very helpful & told me what to do to get the house ready to sell. He also came over & helped me & my son move stuff. He kept me appraised of what was going on by phone or by email & would answer questions. His years of experience were a definite asset in letting me know what to expect, how long it would take to sell my house & in being able to price it correctly.
