We were out of the country for most of the process due to living in the states prior to this purchase. Shawntelle went above and beyond to make sure all steps were followed and we understood the process. She also has kept in contact after the purchase to make sure we are settling in and getting what we need. She has been absolutely wonderful and had great knowledge of the area. She also has always been very prompt in returning calls or texts and if she doesn’t know the answer she finds out. I couldn’t be happier with my experience having Shawntelle as an agent.
