Shawntelle put in an amazing amount of work helping me and my family move from Ontario to Edmonton. She found us the perfect space and worked hard to get us everything we asked for and helping us find lawyers and other professional help. When we arrived in Edmonton her actions went above and beyond helping us settle in, from picking us up at airport to driving around the uhaul delivery. She is kind and a lovely person to do business with, in fact I think she’s going to help my parents find a house here. We appreciate her very much.

Shawntelle was very positive and encouraging even when the deal looked like it might not happen. She communicated her thoughts, but allowed me to make my own decisions . She was not pushing to close a deal , but really wanted to have the process of looking at units help me decide what I really wanted and needed to be happy. Ultimately we came back to a choice I made earlier but with the confidence it was right for me. I am happy with my condo purchase.
