I was extremely pleased with the effort and communication that Shawntelle and her team put into sell my property. It exceeded my expectations and I was happy to sell the property within the estimated timeline she first told me when we first met. Very professional and knowledgable.

When we were getting ready to sell, we already had a realtor or two in mind. At around the same time, our neighbour's home went on the market and we had the opportunity to meet Shawntelle and her team. They were already familiar with the neighbourhood and knew with one visit what approach would work best for ours. We were impressed and chose them without hesitation. The house sold quickly for exactly what we expected... and they had the tools to put it together while we were on vacation!

Shawntelle put in an amazing amount of work helping me and my family move from Ontario to Edmonton. She found us the perfect space and worked hard to get us everything we asked for and helping us find lawyers and other professional help. When we arrived in Edmonton her actions went above and beyond helping us settle in, from picking us up at airport to driving around the uhaul delivery. She is kind and a lovely person to do business with, in fact I think she’s going to help my parents find a house here. We appreciate her very much.
