I don’t think we could have done this without Shauna. She made the whole process easy to understand and guided us through both selling our current home and purchasing our new dream home. From the start her wonderful personality helped to temper any anxiety we had over what could have been a very stressful time. I would not hesitate in recommending her to any friends or family looking for a reliable, trustworthy and professional agent.

As far as I’m concerned there isn’t a better real estate agent. And we were not the easiest clients because we are super picky but Shauna insisted we don’t settle she went above and beyond anything we were expecting. I wouldn’t consider recommending anyone else.

Shauna was conversate with condo projects,and offered various "condo review" places, along with numbers for home inspectors, and a big one-mortgage help. She made every effort to accomodate my schedule and was a very big help in printing out all necessary documentation required. Has continued to follow up, keeping me in the loop going forward.

The best real estate agent I’ve ever met. She went above and beyond, when I say this I mean it. This lady didn’t things outside her job scope to help me sell my house. If you want you’re house sold this lady will do it. You will not find a better real estate agent then her. Whenever I needed her she was there at a blink of an eye. Her resources in different aspects of selling the house is very vast. She even went to Home Depot to help me get certain things (just one example) and made private separate trips for me. If you want a person who isn’t afraid of work and to sell you’re house then hire her. If you want a knob turner then look elsewhere.

Shauna is a true professional thru and thru. At any time, if we had questions, she replied immediately! She was great giving us tips on how to enhance our house readying for sale. It sold in 2 days! On the other side of the coin, she helped us find our new home in a timely manner. Our sale and move were seamless, thanks to Shauna! She made our transition smooth and worry free! We definitely would recommend Shauna!

Shauna was amazing from start to finish. As first time sellers, we had no experience or knowledge of the process. Shauna was able to walk us through each step of the process, explain all available options, and advise us where we weren’t too sure.
