Shauna Kinney

Shauna helped me and my husband buy our first house. We were moving from an apartment and was looking for more space. Shauna really listened to us when I told her the things that we wanted in our first home. Shauna made me feel like we were her only client. She has made it an art to listen to both of us and trying to make both of us happy. She took the time in each house to narrow down both of our likes and dislikes which we then found the “one”. We didn’t waste time seeing houses that didn’t fit our criteria so we only saw 5 properties. Shauna made sure that we didn’t over pay for the house and then walked us through the buying process and negotiating. When the inspections happened she made me feel like if there was anything serious that came up, she could handle it in the negotiation process. I trust her judgment and she is extremely knowledgeable and could foresee if there was going to be any issues. She made me feel completely comfortable with this huge decision.
