Sharon Black is by far the best realtor in the Okanagan! She knows everything about everything and is the sweetest lady ever! She's a tough negotiator and will not rest until you get exactly what you are looking for!

Sharon Black helped us purchase a condo in Kelowna in 2008 and sell the same condo in 2017. We were so impressed with her service the first time, we asked for her services again when we decided to sell the condo. When Sharon helped us purchase a condo in 2008, we noticed her organization and dedication. We live in Greater Vancouver and for the few times that we drove to Kelowna to look at condos, it was important to use our time efficiently. She gave us printed information about each condo and drove us to our well-timed viewing appointments. My husband and I didn't know what we wanted and we wavered back and forth between condos suitable for our retirement and condos suitable as income property. Sharon listened to our comments and systematically narrowed down what was important to us. She has in-depth knowledge of the Kelowna area -- a great asset as she pointed out not only what we could see around the condo buildings but also what had been approved for future development around the buildings. She was already familiar with some of the buildings, having been the purchasing or selling agent of one of the units there. After a few trips to Kelowna, we were able to purchase a condo that would be desirable to tenants, and desirable to both of us when we settle in Kelowna for our retirement. We owned the condo for 9 years and we did not have a problem finding tenants. When we decided to sell, Sharon's services went over and beyond what we expected. She looked after preparing our condo for market including having the condo cleaned, replacing the floor covering, repainting, etc. We still live in Greater Vancouver so Sharon (and her invisible team in the background) prepared, staged and listed our condo while we communicated only by phone and email. We trust her and we had full confidence that she would look after our interests. Although she had other clients at the same time, you wouldn't know it because she answered our emails and phone calls promptly, kept us informed and consulted us when making decisions. It was a great pleasure working with Sharon. We highly recommend her to anyone.

Sharon took the stress out of selling our home. She was a breath of fresh air. Hard working, personable, determined, honest and creative always has a smile.

<p>We live in the mainland and listed our condo in Winfield with Sharon Black in the spring of 2014. The condo was tenanted and did not show very well. Our tenants moved out in July. We decided we needed to paint and spruce the space up in order for it to sell. We relied on Sharon 100% to deal with painters, cleaners, carpet cleaners etc. She also staged the suite and when she was finished it looked amazing. We re-launched our listing in mid-July and had lots of showings through July and August (even though the summer can be a slower time). On September 1 we got an offer which was a really good offer but Sharon managed to make it an even better one with her expertise, so in the end we got very close to our asking price. The purchaser bought all the staging furniture, including the pictures, because it looked so awesome. We would absolutely (and have) recommend Sharon Black to anyone buying or selling property in Kelowna or anywhere in B.C.</p>

<p>Sharon was an exceptional Real Estate Agent. On our home purchase she studied the history of the property, studied the listing agent if she was not familiar with that agent, attended to City Hall to learn about the property and any building permits issued or looked for building permits that should have been issued. Sharon was very patient with us and took the time to look at properties that she might well have dismissed for us.<br /> On the sale of our home she took excellent photos of our property and went the extra mile and had a film crew in to do a 360 degree video at her expense. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area we live in and did an in depth market study before arriving at a listing price for our home. We sold our home at near list price and were very happy. My wife and I highly recommend Sharon Black as a realtor you can trust to represent you.</p>
