Sharon is firm - when she is protecting her clients from a risk she will ensure that no one takes that risk without being completely aware. Sharon Black is a master negotiator. She researches situations well so that she is able to appropriately negotiate to ensure an appropriate deal is reached.</p> <p>I have dealt with Sharon on multiple transactions and I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.</p>

<p>We made a purchase from out of town and Sharon was recommended to us by good friends. Buying land site unseen was nerve wracking, but Sharon knew every pertinent detail related to its geography, and the necessities required to be able to build, including researching local trades with a trustworthy reputation. She navigated the buying process with ease and added invaluable advice during negotiations, she concluded the sale with a sound legal counterpart that allowed us to remove our sole condition quickly and with confidence. <p>We have bought an sold a number of homes and Sharon Black is by far the worst agent we have worked with. Sharon told us a number of times “not to believe anything I say” because she was “just our Real Estate Agent” - in other words not taking any responsibility for her counsel. It has been a most disappointing and expensive experience to trust in her advocacy and care for our benefit though the process of buying a house. Sharon was not forthright, did not follow through on promises and responsibilities and, in our experience, was concerned about making a sale rather than truly being an advocate for us.</p>

This realtor is knowledgeable, professional and has amazing negotiating skills. If you want someone who has your back, this is the realtor for you.

<p>To say Sharon is fabulous would be an understatement.</p> <p>Sharon was our agent several years ago when we bought our condo, and she listened to what we wanted, what our needs were, what our wants were and what price range we could reasonably afford. When we bought our condo, everything went smoothly.</p> <p>Then the market crashed. Then I lost my job and needed to move out of the province.</p> <p>I contacted Sharon for advice and she urged me not to sell at that time or I would lose a lot of money. So we rented our condo.</p> <p>Several renters and years later, the market had crept back up. When I asked her again about possibly selling, she wrote back: "Now is the time!"</p> <p>I was skeptical, but I trusted her. She arranged painters and touch ups and cleaners and the place was ready to go,</p> <p>The condo was on the market for three months at a price I didn't think we'd get. Sharon calmly talked me off the ledge several times and kept going. We decided to take a short-term rental and then - we got a late offer.</p> <p>Not only did Sharon get us what we were asking for, she found a different place for the short-term renters we had signed. Here I was in the prairies and she was taking care of EVERYTHING.</p> <p>Everything went perfectly. Sharon helped tremendously. She is a kind, dedicated and upbeat agent who ACTUALLY listens to you.
