<p>Sharon Black was referred to me by a close friend, whose family has used Sharon for years. Right from the start, Sharon was impressive. Despite having to list our home during Covid-19, Sharon knew and followed every health protocol required and ensured we did the same. Sharon's 40+ years of experience was evident. She took the time to assess our property and detailed her reasons for determining a suggested listing price. Her knowledge of our neighborhood was impressive - something only a realtor with years and years of experience would have. Utilizing her previous training as an appraiser, Sharon helped us understand the value and marketability of our home and what was required to sell it. She was always available to answer questions (day or night/weekdays and weekends) and provide feedback from potential buyers. We ended up receiving a fair, well negotiated offer (and a back up offer as well) guided by Sharon to a successful closing with no issues at all. Sharon's work was made more difficult as this was an estate sale. She represented 3 co-executors, all of whom disliked each other and at times were difficult to deal with. Sharon was professional, impartial and kind. She has the incredible ability to communicate and make everyone feel important, heard and valued, while ensuring the process moves smoothly forward. I believe because of Sharon's vast knowledge and experience in real estate, she was able to assist in avoiding any issues or problems before they arose, and provided us with a stress free and successful sale. It was truly a pleasure working with Sharon (and her husband Gord) and I recommend her wholeheartedly. She is a legend in Kelowna real estate for a reason.</p>

Sharon's many years as a realtor in Kelowna have cumulated with detailed knowledge of the market, and the product pros and cons. Sharon is meticulous in all aspects of the realtor/client process, She guided me carefully through each of the times I had her sell my properties. There was never a time she was 'too busy' to take my calls, or the explain in detail the questions/processes. There was never any doubt that I was in the best of hands with Sharon acting on my behalf.</p>
