Shane has been a great realtor to us. This was our first time navigating through finding our home and we knew nothing about the process. He was always available to answer our questions or clarify things as needed. We never felt pressured when making decisions and he was with us throughout the whole experience until we settled for what we wanted. He was always fast at facilitating appointments, ensuring that things were done in a timely manner. Shane gave us lots of advice and suggestions that really helped us to customize our new infill to our liking and we love it! He advocated for us to see our house as it was being built. He even came to see our house the day before our possession date to make sure that everything was in order. He has a great personality and easy to work with. It was an amazing journey with Shane and we can go on and on mentioning all the amazing things he did for us. We highly recommend Shane as he will go above and beyond.
