Shane is an incredibly dedicated real estate agent who combines his practical trades background with market knowledge to give his clients the best experience! He had so much patience seeing places with us all over the city. In a really hot market he helped put together an exceptional strategy to land a highly competitive house with over 25 showings booked, and then sell our townhome with significant interest and multiple offers within a very short period. Shane will say our specific buy & sell smooth experience took a few things to line up and work out, but it's no doubt that Shanes dedication, preparation, market experience and planning were integral in all of that. We are very fortunate we started off as neighbors, became friends and were able to use Shane as our agent for the home we are so happy to grow our family in. Thanks Shane!

Working with Shane was a wonderful experience. My partner and I moved to Calgary which was a new city for us. Shane took the time to explain the ins and outs of the city which helped us understand the city better. Shane patiently heard our requirements and booked quite a few viewings for us. Shane has a wealth of knowledge on house construction and local neighbourhoods. His insightful inputs during the whole home buying process helped us make an informed decision and we are very happy with our final decision. We interviewed 3 agents. The first one relied completely on the company name. He showed us the company video and really did not have much to show as comparisons. The second was even worst. i do not think she knew who she was talking to. Completely unprepared. The only thing she offered was a $1000 discount because friends of ours had used her. Shane came completely prepared. Showed us what things were selling for and were we should price at. He gave us tips on what we should do to help make the house more appealing. We sold the first showing $25K over asking.
