Shane was recommended by a friend when we were selling our home. We ended up not using a realtor due to the nature of our sale, but even though he wasn't making any money off the sale and we'd just met, he was always available to answer our questions. We did ask Shane to represent us for the purchase of our new home in April of 2023, and the sale of my late Uncles home in Oct 2023. When its time to sell this home, we will absolutely call Shane - he's amazing! I could say more awesome things but there isn't enough room - he's that good, really!
