Sergey is an outstanding agent to work with. He is a skilled listener and negotiator, with very in-depth knowledge of the local markets. I would highly recommend Sergey and his team. He gave us many helpful suggestions on how to update our home. We followed many of his ideas and our home looked amazing. Sergey is very professional and did a very in depth market analysis to help us determine a selling price. He and his team marketed our house very intensively, and showed it often, so we were able to get an offer on our home almost at the price we put on the market. Sergey and his assistant Christina were very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had and were always wonderful to deal with. Our experience with Sergey's team was superb! As first time home buyers we were unsure, nervous and excited about finding our home. Sergey made it a fun and exciting process.
