All recommendations ie: lawyer, ect was excellently priced and beyond helpful. Joe knows real estate, housing and the current market very well. No pressure at all and was able to do the purchase around my busy schedule. He asked and listened exactly what I wanted and found housing that perfectly met my needs. I am very pleased with The Sergey Korostensky Group. Our Realtor Joe had to sell our home twice as the first buyer breached the contract. They did not show up to finalize the transaction for possession day. This was probably due to COVID-19. Joe had the first sale done in one week. Joe and the team started over again and within 24 hours of listing the home for the second time, the home was sold for full asking price. The Sergey Korostensky Group team effort, their extensive marketing and their professionalism works extremely well even in a troubled market like we are in with COVID-19.
