The experience with Sergey Korostensky Group in finding our home, though lengthy, was very satisfying. Janelle in particular, was very knowledgeable on all the intricacies of real estate transaction. They walked us through the entire process, even to signings that they were not required to attend. We reviewed so many homes, and Janelle was very accommodating on schedules to view the homes we wanted to see. She was very patient with us and we never felt pressured to buy any home. Sergey's team just wanted us to find the home that made us excited and was going to be the home that was meant to be ours. When we decided to put our home up for sale I was concerned that it might be a tough sell. Current market conditions, selling during pandemic our price range above average and our house is fairly new, and will compete with a new built, which is plenty in surrounding communities. Sergey was very optimistic from the beginning and of course, more than me and simply emphasized the positive attributes. He put in a lot of work in the marketing even before home was listed on the MLS, and he was able to sell it in just couple of weeks! His presentation and effort was phenomenal, and the result was phenomenal too. He sold it so quick, and for more money that we expected - can't get better than that.

Sergey did amazing job selling my home. On the first meeting I understood that Sergey works differently then other realtors. I always sold homes by myself in the past, and I know the process very well. Every realtor I interviewed this time was telling me the same thing - we will do an open house, put your listing on mls and gave me either very low or absolutely unrealistic prices. When Sergey came to see my home he first went around and made detailed notes about anything I told him - all the upgrades, and all the important features. Then Sergey spent over 1.5 hour of explaining his selling systems and how he will be marketing my home to attract potential buyers. He also showed me his database of buyers who're looking to buy homes immediately and those buyers look like were a perfect fit for my home! Then Sergey told me he will start his marketing process without the MLS, and we list home on MLS in a week or so, but first he will be creating an auction effect by using his marketing, so buyers would want to come and see my place. I never saw or heard anything like this. Next day I received a list of what needs to be done in the house and what I shouldnt be doing. This was so different from what I knew. We started getting showings in about 2 days after I finnished the preparation, and received an offer on the 3-rd day! Showings continued despite my home wasnt listed on mls yet! We had a few people wanting to make an offer, and my home sold in less then 2 weeks at 99% of listed price! Wow! Just wow. Thank you Sergey. This experience was amazing. Sergey really has everything I am looking for as a professional house agent. He will be there in a second whenever you need him. Quick responses and always on time. Very reliable. The whole process working with Sergey is effortless. You don't have anything to worry about. Repainting the houses, taking pictures of the house, taking care of the lawn and parcels after we left, etc. All the details are perfect! His negotiating skills is impressive as well. We will definitely recommend him!

I found Sergey Korostensky online through google and other reviews. We called Sergey when we got in selling our home in July. He told us his average home sold within 2 months. He brought a whole binder of different brochures and materials, explaining us how he will market our home, and explained about his numerous systems that designed to bring buyers! He explained the process and this was absolutely different from what we knew about selling homes process. We sold homes many times in the past, but we never saw or heard something like that. Usually agents just talk about themselves and how good they are. Sergey was talking about his processes and marketing and how his home selling system will benefit us, to help selling fast, and getting best possible price for us. Sergey went to each and every room and gave us a list of what needed to be done. We completed everything on the list. He brought in a professional photographer and video crew who did amazing job on our home presentation. His team really helped us with showing the home in its best light and a designer who made beautiful brochures, and flyers for the showing. We received an offer in less then 2 weeks and this was way above from what we were hoping to sell on this market! Sergey is very hard-working, responsive, and really looks out for the best interest of his clients. I'm very happy to have Sergey as my agent and with all the resources that he brought with him.
