Sean and team worked with us from a distance - we were not located in Ottawa at the time. They consulted on neighbourhoods, visited properties on our behalf, and filmed videos for us. We appreciated that they were quite responsive to our queries and always happy to articulate their point of view. Julia was very helpful during the PDI visit - even babysitting our 5 month old.

He will patiently walk you through what to expect, and how to position your house for maximum value.
