Our family was faced with the need to sell a relatives condominium quickly to facilitate a move to a new residence. Seam McCann and his team gave us thoroughly researched pricing guidance based on comparables in the same building, created the listing, staged the property and conducted viewings, and sold the unit for the suggested price in the midst of a cooling market very quickly. We worked with several team members and every exchange with each team member was friendly, considerate, knowledgable and professional. Communication with the McCann Team were complete and through but quick and easy to keep up with and execute, a big help for me because I live in a different community than where the sale was, Our family approached this sale with some trepidation but we felt secure immediately with Sean and his team and there is clearly a great service culture in their office.
