We bought a condo through Sean and were very impressed with Sean and his team. He is professional and very knowledgeable about the local market. He is easy to deal with and doesn’t use high pressure sales tactics. He took us to see 2 units in different buildings and gave us quick and knowledgeable assessments of their value (and made it clear we could keep looking for as long as it takes). He quickly identified the pros and cons of both properties and was up front about that. His ballpark views on what the condo we were interested in would likely sell for were pretty accurate, and the deal was done quickly. He also followed up after we bought, to let us know what the other condo sold for, to demonstrate some of his points. His professional opinion was very much appreciated throughout.
