He selected the listing price and selling strategy based on the neighborhood. Our house was on the market for 7 days (with offers held). It sold following a multiple offer situation well above list price. The support we received from Sean and his team was invaluable. We were well supported throughout the entire process. This included having beautiful professional photos taken along with a pre-list professional home inspection. There were no-delays from our optimal timeline. A larger house around the corner on a bigger lot sold the week before ours for substantially less.
