Sean and his team were fantastic! They assisted us in doing a fast turn around on a purchase and then with selling our house. We were provided with market and pricing strategy, a full home inspection and staging consult all as part of our package. It took so much stress off our minds to know we were doing everything possible for a great sale. We were also receiving constant updates from Sean and his team throughout the process and never felt we had to go chasing. In the end, we received a great price for our house (over asking) and sold on the first day we accepted offers.

We had a wonderful experience working with Sean on the purchase of our home. He was AWESOME! We found Sean online through his website and were really impressed with his monthly videos of the housing market in Ottawa and all of the glowing reviews. We decided to set up a meeting with him and it was a great first impression. Not only that, our entire experience with Sean, from that first meeting to closing on our new home, was superb. During our first meeting, we let Sean know that we were new to Ottawa, didn’t know much about the area and had only a general sense of what we wanted without knowing if it was even within our budget. Sean was very open to all that we had to say and was confident that he could help us find our home. At this meeting and through to the end, we never felt that Sean was being pushy or that he needed to make a quick sale. Our search criteria took us all over the place – from suburbs in Kanata, quaint neighbourhoods in towns like Metcalfe and Kars, and everything in between. Sean was very patient with us as we navigated the challenging market and as we tried to narrow down what we could live with and couldn’t live without. He was very attentive to our wants and needs and was able to provide a lot of insight on properties and whether they really offered what we said we were looking for. Sean was always very responsive to our requests and always got back to us very quickly, whether it was about setting up viewings, offers on places we checked out, and updates on offers we submitted. Sean and his company, “The Guy with the Dog Real Estate Group”, provided us with exactly what we needed for our home search. He is well connected and offered us many referrals along the way and ultimately, ended up being a one stop shop. Sean was very professional, well informed, and truly an expert in the Ottawa housing market.

I cannot say enough about Sean and the experience he brings to the table. Sean sold me my house 14 years ago and then he just sold it to new buyers this week. His service is top notch and his team goes out of their way to ensure you get the maximum value for your house. On a side note, Sean isn't just a great real estate agent but he is a great person who gives back to his clients and to the community. Since purchasing my house 14 years ago I have enjoyed a free Christmas Tree as a "thank you" to his clients, I have enjoyed family movie nights and Sean also collects food for the food bank to help out those in need in the Ottawa area. He is an all around great human being.

Seriously cannot say enough good things about Sean. He was knowledgeable, professional and had so much to offer as a real estate agent. Any time we had questions or concerns he was able to explain and answer immediately. Any time we went to see a property he would point out possible problems. He gave his best opinion and at the end we found the house of our dreams. If you are thinking of buying property just listen to me and get this real estate agent, you will not regret it.
