We recently purchased a new home and sold our old one with Sean's help. Our experience with Sean and his team has been fantastic. Even though we made it clear on our first meeting that we were uncertain that we would buy, Sean was always available on short notice to help us visit houses and to listen to our needs. He quickly understood what we were looking for and always highlighted how he felt houses stacked against our criteria and where they might fall short. He was patient with us, never pressured, and clearly understood what we were looking for. After purchasing a house, he and his team did a remarkable job to help us show our current house in its best light and helping us select a strategy for the sale. They went out of their way to make the final "prep" week as manageable as possible and to ensure that all the boxes were ticked. In the end, our house sold in a little over 30 hours and above asking. Once again, Sean helped us navigate the process, kept us informed, and listened to our approach. All in all, our experience with Sean and his team has been great and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their property (we have actually recommended him to friends already - several even asked us about him based on the quality of our listing!). Our experience with Sean started a year ago over a phone call.
