When we decided what area and house we wanted, Sean worked skillfully and tirelessly to find the right listings, and more importantly prevented wrong decisions, even if it meant losing a sale. We ultimately purchased an exceptional Westside house in an excellent location. Sean is a professional realtor you can trust to represent your interests, first and foremost. <p>We came out of province to settle in BC, and we were somewhat challenged in terms of the geographical locations of districts, neighbourhoods, amenities etc. within cities. We were referred to Sean as the ideal realtor who would be able to help us purchase a new home. And what a great choice that was!<br /> Sean showed us around with the utmost patience, answered all our questions, and guided us with the highest level of professionalism. Coupled with his intimate knowledge of the neighbourhood, and the state of the market within those neighbourhoods, he reflected a high degree of market knowledge and experience.<br /> Perhaps one of the greatest attributes exhibited by Sean is his ability to communicate. He kept us informed of developments on a very timely basis. We loved that! We had very particular requirements, frankly I expect we were a bit of a pain, but Sean was excellent. He was diligent in his search on our behalf and managed to get us the exact property that we wanted at a price we could manage and then some beside.
