Scott was absolutely amazing to work with and we knew that he had our best interest in mind at all times. Instead of feeling like we were working with a realtor, we felt more like we were working with a friend who had our backs and ensured that we were always well informed. He was knowledgeable about various aspects of the market, honest, ethical, and worked tirelessly to ensure that we were able to get the best offer on our property. If you are looking for a realtor who knows their stuff, will go above and beyond, always demonstrate kindness and answer multiple questions (even the dumb ones), then I would highly recommend Scott.

Scott worked with us over a number of years while we searched for our next home. He was so patient with us, happily arranging house viewings and spending ample time with us whenever we saw something of interest. He never put any pressure on us, and really allowed us to take our time. Scott's been a realtor in Kelowna for many many years and his experience shows! He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of home buying and selling. During viewings he was able to point out many features of the house and neighbourhood that we otherwise wouldn't have focused on. When it came time to list our home, he gave us great guidance in terms of pricing and we ended up at almost the exact selling price he predicted. Scott is professional and reliable, yet also super easy going, friendly, and down to earth. We can't recommend him highly enough.
