Scott is extremely knowledgeable about the current housing market and the Kelowna area. He was our realtor in 2016 during crazy market conditions (bidding wars) and was very strategic in helping us get our offer accepted when we bought our home. Now in 2022, he just helped us sell the very same house (again, in very crazy market conditions) and we are thrilled with the result. He was available to answer all of our questions and concerns and he is very friendly and easy to talk to. He is honest and wants his clients to he satisfied but also realistic -he won’t just tell you what he thinks you want to hear.

Scott was such an amazing and helpful realtor. We have bought several houses and had never experienced the level of time commitment along with such a wealth of knowledge and experience to guide us through some difficult challenges. His calm personality made him very easy to talk with, and he helped us feel confident when we needed it. Scott was also very thorough when showing us properties and he went through the home with a very objective view. I am so impressed! and grateful. Our purchase was very complicated and over the Holiday season, but we we always felt supported and informed. Scott worked very hard for us and was available and attentive. Thank you!

Scott was nothing short of amazing. He helped us during a very challenging time in the market, and ultimately helped us land our home UNDER asking price! He is professional, personable, reliable, and honestly fun to hang out with. It is clear that he always has your best interest in mind and teaches you so much throughout the buying process. As first time home buyers, we went in basically knowing nothing, but Scott takes the time to walk through every house with you and let you know all of the good, and more importantly the bad. He makes a point to help you understand what is most important for you in a home, and won't stop trying until he finds one for you that checks all the boxes. Scott is a specialist in the market, with a good understanding of market conditions, comparables and neighbourhoods. He is also skilled in assessing the specific property; construction, maintenance, potential concerns, etc. Scott also has a good network of personnel to help make the experience easier, for example legal and home appraisal. I'd recommend Scott.
