We had hired another realtor and had our house on the market for 4 months. In that time we had just a handful of showings and no offers. We took the house off the market and hired Sara. She pointed out all the little things we could do to make our house more attractive…a few trips to Home Depot and a couple of weekends later, Sara listed the house for us. The day after the listing went live we got two offers! One was above asking price! If only we had gone with Sara to begin with.
