I am so Thankful for Sara. This was my 1st time selling a home, and doing this for my Fathers estate. A very challenging time in my life. Sara was great to have on my side from the 1st time I met her when she did the appraisal. She was always available for any questions or concerns I had during the process and guided me through my difficult time. And trust me I had questions even asked the same thing a couple of times, but her patience and understanding stood the test of time and she made a very difficult time run very smooth. She basically sold the house overnight. I would recommend Sara to anyone looking for that Sales Person who cares about you and doing her best for you.

Sara helped us to purchase a home in Edmonton while still on Vancouver Island. Sara helped us electronically to negotiate the purchase. She and her assistant have a well laid out "Next Steps" plan to make sure that nothing is forgotten. We found Sara to be organized, pleasant to deal with and quick to respond.

We first met Sara years ago when selling a previous home, we again requested her services when my parents relocated to St. Albert. Recently our family looked to upsize and without a doubt we knew who we had to call for the job.
